Drag-to-Refresh & Highlight Code Refactoring
Summary:
Added pull-to-refresh functionality for the highlights page and refactored parts of the highlight view code for improved structure.

I plan on additional refactoring for the highlights side which should make the code simpler and cleaner. None of the current issues should negatively affect the user experience in a meaningful way (which we will confirm with testing once on TestFlight).
Since Score is planning a release soon, this PR does not include the full set of refactoring changes to meet the deadline.
